Super satisfied. I ordered several controllers, and upon arrival, 2 of them turned out to be non-functional. After a quick phone call, I received new ones sent to me, and I had them the next day. Now everything works perfectly. In addition to the excellent service, they also send humorous emails and letters. That's just that little extra that makes a difference. If you're looking for Nintendo products, I can recommend checking them out.
Received the console and game 3 days after purchase, and that was with international shipping! Perfectly packed and cushioned! It really couldn't be better! :) :) :) And there was also a personal thank-you card included! Very friendly! (A little tip: Since the consoles are likely stored for a longer period, a short "user manual" should be included. It took me several minutes of dusting/blowing before I could turn it on, and I had already thought it was defective at one point! :) )
