Fast delivery, nice price, and received more than expected: it's great that the original rumble pack was included with the game :). I find the website a bit less user-friendly. Despite the 'show all' option, you only see a few items per page, and the descriptions are very basic (often just the title of the game).

Excellent, friendly service + knowledgeable staff. Despite a wrongly filled out address (my fault, Doi!), which resulted in higher shipping costs, the delivery was still super fast, and the response and refund process were all handled beautifully and neatly. All the items I ordered arrived just as they were described on the site! Maybe there is sometimes a slightly delayed response to emails, but that’s probably because they have so many satisfied customers ;-) However, this does not affect the promised delivery time at all. The website could be a bit more colorful, but without compromising the straightforward, no-nonsense simplicity it currently has. Overall, it was great for me, and the handwritten Thank You card is a lovely personal touch to a fantastic purchase of very nice items :-) In the future, I will be discussing sales (trade-in) deals and want to see how that goes, but I expect excellent service again!
