The first delivered product did not function properly. I returned it and received a replacement. With this one, the start button did not work anymore, but after some repair tips and the option for another new one, it is working again and I was well assisted. I would definitely order something here again in the future.

Last week, I sold several Nintendo items. First, I filled out the order on the website and then brought the items to Utrecht. There was clear email communication regarding the sale. Within 2 business days, I received a sales proposal, and a day later, the money was transferred. Great service!
Great site. Only the support is a bit slow. Personally, I found it took too long... I sometimes had to wait days for a response email. But it's a super shop, cheap with good products. If the email communication could be a bit faster, this would be the best store ever!
