The ordering process and return handling were fine. However, the site is accessible in German. Since there is no detailed product description available, one assumes that they will receive German-language products. Unfortunately, this is not the case. The product information definitely needs improvement. I will unfortunately not be ordering here again.
I've never had such a great experience. The email I received after placing my order was very unique and really fun. The next day, I already had the game at home. Very personal treatment. In a word, amazing.
