These guys know what service is. I ordered an item (Wii2hdmi) that doesn't work on my television. They took it back free of charge and tested it. It wasn't defective. Then I received advice on which one should work, and I ordered that as well. We're back to "Wii-ing" now. Response time to inquiries is great!

I ordered a cable for my PS2 to HDMI; unfortunately, due to PostNL, I had to wait almost 3 weeks, but I eventually received it.
