I am very satisfied with RetroNintendoKopen. I ordered 2 controllers, 1 SNES and 1 N64 (with a new joystick), both original. Upon receipt, I was initially not satisfied. The SNES controller had a screw that was loose and could not be tightened, causing the controller not to close properly. In my opinion, the N64 controller did not have a new joystick installed. I contacted RetroNintendo about the issues. I received a very quick response to return both controllers, and I was provided with a return label (prepaid). After 3 days, I had the controllers back in my possession. The SNES controller is in perfect condition! The N64 controller is also fine. A new joystick was installed by RetroNintendo. However, the new joystick is not recommended; it does not feel like the original at all, it is very stiff, and the "Z" button under the controller is difficult to press. After some research online, it turned out that this is due to the joystick. This is something RetroNintendo cannot do anything about, as there simply are no better third-party joysticks available on the market. I have not tried the GameCube joystick! (I have read many bad experiences about it online.) My tip would be to go for an original N64 controller with a still functioning original joystick. Final verdict: I will definitely order here again in the future, there is a wide selection of products, excellent service, and it's not too expensive!

Satisfied with the products I have. They work great. The only downside was that I had to wait a total of 5 days for my package. Other than that, the customer service was excellent!
