Products arrived on time and undamaged for a good price. The only improvement point would be to indicate more clearly that something is coming via regular mail instead of a package service. This was unclear to me until I found the envelope in my mailbox, while I was still waiting for a PostNL tracking code in my email.

I placed an order over the weekend. RetroNintendoKopen.nl was the only webshop in the Netherlands that had a specific game in stock and it was also in nearly perfect condition. On Tuesday, I received it neatly packaged from the mail carrier. I will definitely check here more often.

The device works great. However, there were missing parts in the delivery, and I am still waiting for a response from customer service.
I ordered a replacement part for the N64 controller. The exchange worked perfectly, and the new stick has been functioning flawlessly so far.
