I received an email right away after one item was unavailable, but it can be delivered later. Even in the evening, Michel responded. Friendly, correct, and quick action—just the way I like it. My additional question via email was also answered nicely, and I was able to handle a second order through email. Soon, I will have all my favorite SNES games at home, whether original or repro, I don't care, as long as the game works, I'm already satisfied.
