In my most recent order, I purchased a (3rd party) N64 controller and Resident Evil 4 for the GameCube. However, upon arrival, it turned out that the N64 controller did not work. I called about this, and they immediately sought a suitable solution. In the end, they sent me a new controller that they are sure works. It will arrive tomorrow. I am satisfied with how my issue was handled. I have also been buying a lot of retro games and consoles from this site for over a year, and this is only the second time a mistake has been made (the first time I bought a game complete with box but only received the cartridge. This was also resolved quickly.) Mistakes can always happen, of course; there's not much you can do about that, and with their excellent customer service, these little errors are quickly resolved. I definitely recommend this site!

Fast delivery and good quality.

The products were in very poor condition, with tears here and there. I needed the game cases, so I didn't return them, but I doubt I will ever order anything from here again.
