I received an email right away after one item was unavailable, but it can be delivered later. Even in the evening, Michel responded. Friendly, correct, and quick action—just the way I like it. My additional question via email was also answered nicely, and I was able to handle a second order through email. Soon, I will have all my favorite SNES games at home, whether original or repro, I don't care, as long as the game works, I'm already satisfied. I'm still waiting for part of my order, but I'm sure it will be fine.

I ordered a controller, a genuine Nintendo Gamecube controller with the logo, but received a cheap Chinese copy instead. I emailed about this and received a quick response, along with a free new controller, but again it was a copy. As of now, I have not received a response and am giving them the benefit of the doubt, but this is quite disappointing. Edit: I called and received apologies once again; apparently, the original controller is ordered less frequently, and the packer was on autopilot. Hopefully, I will receive the correct product this time.
