After a bumpy start, the delivery was fast. Products were as described. Pleasant contact.

I didn't receive my order, nor did I get any confirmation that it was sent. I didn't receive any tracking number either. When I tried to contact customer service, I received a response three days later, which sarcastically asked if I had checked my mailbox! This is the worst order I have ever experienced; after two weeks, I still do not have any products and no refund. In the end, I received this email asking me to rate my order??? Yes, this is indeed the worst ever! 18.12.2017 = After writing this review, I was finally contacted by a rude customer support representative and received my money back. Now I have received another email stating, "Annoying that you have a negative experience with <name webstore>. I am from Stichting WebwinkelKeur; we manage the reviews of the members who are affiliated with us." They demand that I claim I have received my money back. Good fast delivery, 2 days. Nowadays, we can't expect super fast delivery with the overloaded postal service. I only have my concerns about shipping metal parts like screwdrivers together with unprotected plastic parts. Scratches can easily occur. Fortunately, the parts were in good condition.
