Dear Funda, We are very sorry that you feel this way. We were never rude in any way (at least this was never our intention). The only thing we asked you was whether you had checked your mailbox. We've had many cases where the order was sitting in the mailbox, and the customer was unaware that it had been delivered by regular mail. That email was actually sent before you posted your review (as you also mention in the review). In your case, it seems that something went wrong with the delivery. We did not respond to your email as quickly as we would have liked. After the postal company deemed the package lost, we issued a full refund.
