The quality of the purchase was unfortunately below my expectations. This was regarding a manual for a SNES game. I would rate this manual a 5 on a scale of 1-10. That was not the expectation I had. I would like to see this clearly stated on the website so that I know what to expect. The supplier did partially compensate me after my complaint about this. I then had to search again for a manual that met my expectations from another supplier. After reading my review, the supplier reached out and made the compensation more appropriate. Hats off to Tim ;) my thanks!

I have already placed 2 orders, one arrived the next day and the other within 3 days. I was kept well informed via the track & trace code. The customer service also responds within one day. The website has a large selection with reasonable prices, as I compared them a bit beforehand!
