Perfect service, everything according to agreement. Even better, I had ordered two items separately and later asked to have them shipped together. This was done, and two days later I received a refund for the shipping costs, which I hadn't even requested. So very honest!

I needed an item quite urgently and was under the impression that there was a physical store at the address listed on the website. When I arrived, it turned out to be just a pickup point. I called the number for the web shop and quickly got someone on the line. He indicated that I could place my order online, and as soon as it was paid for and I received an order number, I could pick up my order at the reception. I did this and expected to have to wait a bit since it was so last minute, but they were incredibly fast! I had my order within 2 minutes. Great service!
