Dear Tim, Chris, Bauke, Danny, Justy, Noah, Johnny, Lucas, Martijn, and Ted, When I received your email that my controller was on its way, my mood shifted from Gnasty Gnork to a Peace Maker. The humor in the email was fantastic; I really enjoyed it—it was just a Super Bonus. Now that the weather is transitioning from Summer Forest to Autumn Plains, it's wonderful gaming time until it becomes Sunrise Spring again. As Winter Tundra approaches and I sit comfortably warm indoors gaming, I can fondly remember the quick delivery of the Supercharges with warm, fuzzy feelings thanks to the Dream Weavers. Angela ♥

Fast delivery, items work like a charm!

I ordered the wrong players and inquired about an exchange. There was no response at all! What a shame.

The screwdriver I needed turned out to be the wrong one. I bought a battery for a GBA game (Pokemon Emerald) and was told that I needed a 3.8mm Gamebit for Gameboy games, but this turned out to be incorrect. I actually need a triwing Gamebit, which I was not aware of at the time. I'm quite disappointed about this. I have now spent 4.95 euros but did not receive the correct item.

Good and fast delivery! The only thing that could be improved is to remember to send emails in English for aftercare, as not many people speak Dutch. :)
