I am based in Belgium, and if I had sent it separately without their label, it would have cost me even more. This is just a small detail. The communication after sending the device for repair was very quick, professional, and the email was, as always, nicely written. To give an example, "Your order is so exclusive that we retrieved it with velvet gloves from a solid steel safe that hasn't been opened in 67 years. 🗝" They also acknowledge everyone who contributed to my repair in this email. I would find it very nice to work for this company. The repair was done perfectly. The shipping of the repair was also very fast. After just one day, I had my Gameboy Advance back. I wanted to add a game to my order, and it was included without any extra "shipping costs." The game cartridge looked as if I had just bought it new. IN SHORT, TOP!
