The product did not work properly. It took too much effort to convince them to check the stock for proper functioning, after which I was proven right. The further handling and refund process went quickly and without issues. Communication via email is done through "retronintendokopen" and "levelseven," making it unclear who you are dealing with. I requested phone contact several times, but unfortunately, this was never done.
