I bought a PSP 1000 with an extra battery, an SD card adapter, and a USB charger cable. I received an amazing, funny confirmation email for my order, which already made my day. It was delivered to Belgium the next day. Now, when I buy a second-hand console, especially a handheld from an older generation like a PSP 1000, I expect it to have some signs of usage or scratches. This PSP is new. I mean really like new, with 0 scratches and 0 signs of usage. Just like out of the box. Everything works perfectly, and on top of that, I received a little gift in the box (thank you guys for that). I'm already looking at the NDS/3DS to prepare for my next orders! Definitely the best place I have ever bought from online.

Best customer service of anywhere I have ever shopped. The shipping confirmation is also the nicest there is, responses are always incredibly quick, and questions are answered/solved very professionally. It has been hanging on my wall as the web shop of the year for 2 years in a row.
