Such service is rarely found these days; personal, dedicated, friendly. I was allowed to keep a wrongly delivered game (!!!) and the correct one was sent immediately. It couldn't be better.

Good product sent, but I was told that it doesn't work. They want to pay half. It's impossible to prove where it broke, but what a disappointment; we will never shop here again.

Great delivery. My order had to be sent to Denmark (since I live there). It was shipped quickly and well packaged! Shipping costs are on the high side, but they probably don't send much abroad, so I understand. I've been looking for a case for my Nintendo DS (the first version) for a while now, and unfortunately, I ended up with one for a Lite (or something like that). It's too small. I had a similar issue at another store because it wasn't clearly indicated. It was described as 'Original Nintendo DS Bag'. Also, one of the games had a name written on it with a ballpoint pen, which I don't think was mentioned (but maybe I missed that). I found that a bit disappointing. It's really nice that there was a handwritten card included, in Danish! ;) Such a lovely personal touch.
