I received a quick and clear response to a question I asked about a product. The staff is knowledgeable about retro games and also has a passion for them. My order was delivered very quickly, and the box was well and securely packaged. I would definitely order something here again without any hesitation.

The order was delivered neatly and on the day I had hoped for, which was very well organized. Unfortunately, only the cable for video and audio was damaged; the connector is broken, making it impossible to connect it to the TV.
The SNES and NES box protectors are too loose, and the plastic bags do not fit around the NES games. Complaints are not being addressed.
