I wanted to complete our recently purchased Wii with a microphone, the game Band Hero, and 2 controllers. I was able to find all of this for a low price in the webshop and placed my order. I actually received an email right away that my order had been shipped, and the next day I had everything at home. One of the controllers turned out to be defective, so I got in touch, and almost immediately a new (and better) controller was sent out. Truly top-notch service, fun emails that made me laugh, and even a handwritten card included with the replacement controller. A big 10 from me!
