Very nice service. First, I ordered 2 NGC controllers (1 black and 1 blue), of which the black one had stick drift when I used it via Nintendont to play GNC games on the Wii. The blue one worked fine. This was exchanged for another black one, but unfortunately, it had the same problem. After a brief email exchange, a new blue one was sent, and strangely enough, this one worked perfectly, and the problem was resolved.
