Very fast delivery, personal and warm contact, a handwritten card, and a free game from the house are fantastic. Products are in good condition and there is a wide assortment. The only downsides are: that platinum releases were not mentioned and one game was missing a manual, and a minor point is that the cover art may differ in the images. But this does not stop me from giving this website 5 stars because it is truly a trustworthy and fantastic site that I highly recommend and where I will definitely shop often in the future.

Just as you would expect from a webshop. Well packaged and everything in order. I found the confirmation emails quite funny and original, which makes them stand out a bit.
