Good service. One controller had no sound. After contacting customer service, I immediately received a controller with sound sent to me. Everything works perfectly. Nice confirmation email as well with the order.

I would recommend it without hesitation. The order process was very smooth and it arrived very quickly. Furthermore, I had a great laugh at reading the shipping-confirmation, the humour was amazing with all the references. When I had questions afterwards, the response was swift and a solution was prepared instantly and without questions.

I ordered 2 replacement joysticks for the N64 controllers. Unfortunately, they do not fit. The new connectors are about 2 mm taller and longer. I was able to solve this myself by filing down a bit on both sides. I assumed this was plug and play. Perhaps the advertisement should be adjusted.

Aside from a mistake in the shipping system, which was quickly resolved via email, everything is great. The delivered cable allows me to play my PAL N64 on modern TVs with HDMI, without any issues!

A sincere online store that gives us the opportunity to buy both new and old games, both new and second-hand, at a great price. And if something is not right, you get friendly staff who are on the customer's side. I must say that "the customer is king" is hard to find these days, but at this webshop, it is number 1.
