Two weeks waiting for 3 games that were supposed to be sent from Utrecht to Haarlem but never arrived. Initially, emails received a response 2 or 3 days later. They state on their website that they ship via PostNL, but that is not true; they use bicycle couriers instead. I waited 2 weeks for an order that was supposed to be shipped from Utrecht to Haarlem (a distance of 50 km), but it never arrived. They only responded to emails 2 or 3 days later. They claim on their website that they ship with PostNL, but that is not correct.

Speed and cleanliness are top priorities. After sending the items, I received a response and an offer within two days. I got a nice amount for my old GBC.

I bought a GBA cable, but I actually needed the GB version. I purchased the wrong cable; it can happen. To return it, you have to send an email that will be answered personally (?). In that email, I asked if I could get the new GB cable instead of the GBA. I received a response stating that my return request has been approved, but I still have no feedback on whether the new GB cable will be sent or not. It's quite unclear, really.
