The item was visibly and unacceptably dirty. There was no functional check, so I was sold a game that simply did not have all its functions because the battery was broken, even though I paid for a replacement. Afterwards, the communication was very poor and there was no willingness to help.

Fast service, good descriptions of the products, and attention to the customer. For example, with my last order, I received a postcard of Super Mario asking if I had already completed my previous order. As a customer, you really appreciate those kinds of details.
Delivery was very fast and they are very competent when it comes to questions. Great service 👍🏼
Respond to contact forms.. and if you indicate via email that the package has been shipped, it should actually be shipped and not just 2 days later. Also, if a product is shown on the website in packaging, I should not receive the product in a self-packaged bag.
