When I found out that this Game Boy was on its way to me, after receiving a super nice message from Retro Nintendo, my heart indeed started to race and I began jumping like Mario. When the delivery service arrived at my door, I got so excited, just like Donkey Kong, that I pushed everyone aside to open the door like Princess Peach. I received a strange look from the delivery person because I was sooooo happy that my Game Boy had finally arrived. I opened the package like a Goomba, and then I had a WOW moment when I got to see my "new" Game Boy! "I haven't seen you in so long," I said; it's been at least 35 years, yes you read that right, I am a bit Retro myself... (51 years old). The Game Boy was/is retro but looked great (just like me :O), the sound is good, the picture is good, what more could you want! I will never forget this special day! My days couldn't be better! Thank you so much, Retro Nintendo! ;O)

Weirdly good service and a top team to communicate with!! These people know what they're doing and they're good at it too!!

Great fun webshop with very personal service!

I ordered the wrong item, but it was replaced without any issues for the correct one. There was even a card included that said "Sorry." It wasn't necessary (it was my mistake...), but it was very kind!

Loved the personal touch and humor in their communications, it's a business run by Nintendo enthusiasts for Nintendo enthusiasts...what could be better than that? ;)
