Hi! First of all, please don't take me the wrong way; I loved your site, your postcard, and your communication. However, there are a few things that could be improved. Firstly, the package took longer to arrive than you mentioned. I wasn't in a hurry at all, but you indicated it would take a day or two, and it ended up taking longer. Additionally, the product wasn't 100% okay. I'm not sure if it's damaged enough to warrant sending it back... and I only have 14 days to decide, haha. The issue is that I'm uncertain whether sending items without boxes is sufficient to protect them—in my case, it's an N64 controller. That being said, I want to emphasize that this is more of a constructive review. I already love your site, and I haven't looked for this information yet, but I'm going to check if you have a physical store so I can visit!
