    Product was delivered damaged. After emailing, I received partial help that was not applicable, and I haven't received any further response regarding additional assistance or a replacement product or refund. I paid for a product that is not functioning properly, and it was not mentioned on the product page that it could be damaged or partially defective. The joystick has too much play, and the A button only works when pressed hard (Nintendo 64 controller). What a shame... Edit: Shortly after this review, they did respond. This time it was a different employee. They admitted that the previous solution did not help and sent an email to return the controller. I did receive a refund afterward. For now, I will not be purchasing here again, and a tip for the shop: include in the item description that it is used and may be damaged.
