I have been ordering various products from Retro for a number of years now (sometimes for my collection; sometimes for the repair of gaming products). In my experience, the products are shipped quickly and arrive well-packaged. In my last order, I received a cable that didn't work properly. I contacted Retro about this, and within 20 minutes, I received a message that a new cable would be sent, and it was already at my home the next day. So, it was resolved very nicely. All in all, I am very satisfied, and this webshop is at the top of my list if I need anything gaming-related. P.S.: Also bonus points for the handwritten cards that sometimes come with the order - that's a really nice detail from this webshop!
