Despite a (temporary) staff shortage, the employees still did their best to help me as much as possible. The product itself looked as good as new. The delivery was slightly delayed (but that was due to PostNL and not RetroNintendoKopen). The prices are on the high side, but with the coins you save, you can still get a discount on the price.
Everything went as desired. I had very nice contact with customer service. 5 stars!
I ordered a refurbished Switch Lite and I am very satisfied with it! I still need to test it out, but it looks like new and at a lower price than a new Switch. The service is also very friendly and personal! I will definitely order games here again!
