I indicated in advance that my order would arrive late (over the phone). The response was a bit mocking (it was indeed day two of three), but as you can see, it is now day five and my printer is still idle. It's not your fault, but I haven't received any feedback since then, even though we had agreed on that. So, it's quite careless.

I canceled the purchase via email. It was still shipped, as supposedly no one was responsible. I was left with the shipping costs.
