I received excellent assistance over the phone in my search for a professional 3D printer. Even though I called at the end of the workday, they took all the time needed. They didn't direct me towards the most expensive model, but instead inquired why I wasn't considering another (read: cheaper) model. With their advice, expertise, and customer friendliness, a few days later I decided to order a Raise3D Pro2 from 3DPrinters-Store. The printer was not in stock, but they really expedited the process and made every effort to deliver the printer by Friday at my request, so I wouldn't have to take a day off work. "It was a chunk out of my budget" :-) but I'm very happy that I chose that printer and that I chose 3DPrinters-Store.

The only one with Sinterit

It was unclear that the warehouse did not ship on Mondays; had this been stated on the website, I would have ordered elsewhere. Additionally, there was an extra day of delay in shipping, which meant I received the item 2 days later than expected.
