I ordered 5 rolls of PLA (2x light gray, 1 green, 1 black, 1x natural). Overall, they are good products, but the colors did not match what was shown on the website. The natural color is more transparent (the website shows white), and the light gray is more white than gray and does not match the color displayed on the website at all (the website shows silver gray and light gray as essentially identical) for this product. It was not a problem to return the three rolls, but the shipping costs (€11) are at my expense, which means I am losing €11 (and that is not really my fault). If I now order three new rolls, I will also not exceed €100, meaning the shipping will not be free (and these shipping costs will again be my responsibility).
