Unfortunately, I couldn't have a positive experience here. It was stated that the goods would be shipped on the same day if ordered by 4 PM, which I relied on, and that's why I ordered from them! Unfortunately, this was not the case! I ended up ordering elsewhere where everything went significantly faster, so I returned the item, which I had to pay for myself! Afterwards, I had to chase after my money for 15 days to get it back, which involved a lot of emails and phone calls. As compensation, they could have at least covered my unnecessary shipping costs that were incurred because of them!

It took a long time for my order to be delivered. I also sent an email to get in touch, but never received a response. I received a refund for one of my products, so that was probably the reason. The products are great otherwise.

Update: I have received (part of) my order. Apparently, there was an issue with the ordering system that caused my order not to go through. A part of my order was no longer in stock at that time, and that was quickly refunded. The shipping was also arranged on the same day. Ultimately, it was resolved nicely, but it took a long time before I received a response to my initial email. Old review: My order is not being shipped, and there is no response to my emails. Do not order here!
