Fast and good service.

Despite everything being listed as in stock, that was not the case. One out of the five rolls was missing. Instead of sending four rolls, they sent nothing. They called just before 6 PM, but no message was left on the voicemail. The next day, I called myself. The employee initially knew nothing about it. Then they were very indifferent. No explanation, no apology. Just, it's not in stock. I ordered another color as well. That was delivered. The assortment is large. Unfortunately, the stock is limited. Many items have a long delivery time. The quality is good. I made several prints with the PLA. Good adhesion, even color. The rolls were neatly packaged in a box, and the filament is of consistent thickness. The price is also fine, not the cheapest, but for the quality delivered, it is quite affordable.
