De service was over het algemeen redelijk. Mijn vraag is uiteindelijk opgelost, maar de communicatie had sneller en duidelijker gekund. De medewerkers waren vriendelijk, alleen duurde het langer dan verwacht voordat ik een passende oplossing kreeg. Er is dus nog ruimte voor verbetering.

Honestly I dont even really know where to start because it was just weird from the beginning. First the order seemed okay then not okay then I got some email but also no tracking that worked and then later something showed up but not really like what I thought I bought. The box looked kind of off too, maybe damaged or maybe just badly packed I dont know but it gave a bad feeling right away. Then I checked the site again because I thought maybe I read it wrong but no, still confusing, and support was answering but also not saying anything useful. Really really happy with this, everything just sort of clicked in the best way. I ordered pretty quickly because the site was easy and then I expected the usual waiting and confusion but no, actually got updates and the package came sooner than I thought so that was already a great start. Opened it up and the product looked super good, maybe even better than on the website which almost never happens. I kept thinking okay maybe there will still be something off but no, all good, worked well, looked good, felt like proper quality. Just a very good experience and I would 100% order again because
