Very disappointing experience overall. The delivery took much longer than expected, and I had to contact customer service multiple times just to get a basic update. The communication was slow and unclear, which made the whole process frustrating. When the order finally arrived, the product did not fully match the description on the website. It felt like the expectations that were set before purchase were not met at all. I understand that mistakes can happen, but this was handled poorly from start to finish.

I am not satisfied with this purchase. The product quality was below what I expected, especially considering how it was presented online. It looked much better in the pictures than it did in real life. I also tried reaching out for support, but the replies felt generic and not very helpful. Instead of feeling like my issue was taken seriously, I felt like I was being brushed off. I would not order from this store again based on this experience.

Honestly I dont even really know where to start because it was just weird from the beginning. First the order seemed okay then not okay then I got some email but also no tracking that worked and then later something showed up but not really like what I thought I bought. The box looked kind of off too, maybe damaged or maybe just badly packed I dont know but it gave a bad feeling right away.
