I waited nearly 2 months for purchase that I still haven’t received. I received note from Royal Mail to say they want £16 from me to deliver item. I’ve already paid shipping costs and I’ve also sent them an email regarding this and have received no response.
I bought it as a birthday gift for my mother, and she thought it was really beautiful!

De letters van de armband van mijn naam hebben verschillende grootte, ze zijn niet gelijk. Dit vind ik erg jammer en de kleur metaal goud is heel donker van kleur.
