Very beautiful

Just before Christmas (I thought it was too late), I ordered a bracelet for my son! On the Saturday before Christmas, it arrived just two days after the order!! I was so happy, but unfortunately, there was a mix-up due to all the Christmas rush, and I received a pink bracelet instead of a black one. Everything was already closed, including your shop, of course, so I sent an email and received a response really quickly, despite it being Christmas, that a new bracelet would be sent out as soon as possible after Christmas! I was disappointed, but I completely understand that mistakes can happen in all the hustle and bustle! I appreciate the quick response and fast shipping, and I have now received the correct bracelet and made my son happy! Super service!!!
