I ordered a beautiful bracelet, and it definitely meets my expectations in terms of design. However, I have a problem with the sliding charms... the end stops do not hold everything in place well, in my opinion. Additionally, the end of the strap often comes out of the two rings, causing it to flap around.
I am satisfied with the product. Unfortunately, one name is not visually centered in the picture. I haven't contacted them about this yet, but I will do so. Furthermore, it is a beautiful product that exceeds my expectations. I was kept sufficiently informed about my order via email, and I received the bracelet earlier than expected. I will proudly carry the names of my children with me in this way.
