The order was initially delivered to the wrong address by DHL. I contacted Natuurlijk Beter Slapen, and everything was arranged neatly and redelivered as communicated to us by the gentleman from Natuurlijk Beter Slapen, both by phone and email. Excellent service.

Excellent service! I placed the order on Monday from Belgium, and on Tuesday I received a phone call from the Netherlands to inform me that my product would probably be delivered the following week due to a small issue. They were very friendly, but my order arrived here on Friday!
