Excellent service! I placed the order on Monday from Belgium, and on Tuesday I received a phone call from the Netherlands to inform me that my product would probably be delivered the following week due to a small issue. They were very friendly, but my order arrived here on Friday!

The item is way too big, the straps are very hard, and because it's so large, I was lying on top of it; it's not made for my size. I'm still having issues with it. However, the treatment and communication were very good and pleasant. But since I am small, it doesn't fit.
