Friendly and correct customer service. I ordered a cover for a weighted blanket. Unfortunately, the finishing could be better. The loops frayed significantly after just one wash. I had to rework all of them. What a shame.

Everything has been resolved WELL.

The handling of the delivery of the handmade wool underblanket was excellent. First, I received a call informing me that there was a delay due to circumstances. Everything was done to ensure that the delivery would be made as soon as possible. The person who assisted me was very dedicated and went the extra mile. Now I am waiting for our bed, where this wool underblanket will be placed this week. The quality looks good. I highly recommend it, folks.
