Just once, due to a new employee, they sent the wrong product in my order, but after I informed them about it, they sent me the correct product within 30 minutes. So, the service is excellent. I bought 2 growkits from them. First one 1200cc was amazing and had very big yield. Second one 2100cc i bought because the first time i had such an amazing experience, but it was a total sham. Total yield was less than 10g dry, even when i used the same setup as the first time, i had many problems with grow kit and they just stopped growing after second flush. If this was my only experience i would rate it 1 star, but because of great shiping, helpfull support and first experience with 1200cc growkit i cannot do that. But in the future i will buy growkits from elsewhere because this was not worth the time and money wasted on 2100cc growkit.
