It turns out that they only supply a link to online instructions, and that the Customer Service for the webshop doesn't operate on the weekends. He told me that they have adjusted the English version of the webshop to reflect that, which is cool that they adapted to my suggestions quickly. Hopefully, these problems can be avoided again in the future. I can't rate the "Value for Money" or "After sale" yet since I didn't grow the paddos yet.
