Of the two boxes I ordered, I received only one flush from one of the boxes and from the other nothing, despite having followed the instructions and having ideal growing conditions set up. I contacted customer support numerous times and followed their instructions to reset the boxes with still no success. Sadly they were not willing to replace both the boxes only one which was very disappointing after so much time having passed and following their instructions exactly. This is now the second order where I’ve had issues with the boxes growing. Won’t be ordering again.

I chose 5 star/ Excellent because Next level's staff are so helpfull and respond to my text quick. Also the same day I order, they packed and my order came so quick with care. Just I think the price of delivery is high. Thank you so much

Did not get the products I ordered - only one of them was correct. I ordered two red-strain Kratom varities and received a huge green-strain, extremely enegizing strain that I can't really use and the Red strain was pretty weak.
