A few days before the desired delivery date, you receive a call to go over everything again. Everything arrived perfectly on the desired delivery date. After that, I placed the large order, and I was also called a few days before the delivery with the information that it would be delivered by two carriers and that there were two batteries on backorder. This order was also delivered flawlessly. A week later, I inquired about the two batteries, and the next day I received an email stating that they had been shipped, and indeed, the following day I received them. Excellent telephone contact; they even thought along with me about the order. Questions are also answered well. You can choose the delivery time via a calendar, and you can see what the earliest possible delivery date is.
