Unfortunately, the ordered items were not delivered on the agreed day. After contacting the helpdesk, it was arranged that they would be delivered the next working day. Therefore, I rate it as 'Good' instead of 'Excellent'.
Delivery of solar panels as agreed. Clear instructions included with the delivered items. Everything works perfectly. However, the delivery was not entirely complete: there were 3 rubber mats instead of 4. I solved this by cutting one mat in half.
Unfortunately, it was delivered a day later than I had requested, but everything was handled neatly. Very satisfied.
Picked up the product in Soest. Works perfectly. Bought the first two last year. Very clear instructions. You really can't go wrong.
Clear instructions. Delivered at the agreed time. Prior to the delivery, the supplier checked whether someone would be present at the time of delivery. Great. Hats off.
