The information provided in advance, via the internet, was clear. Ordering through the link was no problem, and delivery was as agreed. The installation was downloaded from the internet and was understandable even for me as a novice. Only one component (which had no negative consequences) was not applicable.

Well delivered, good after-sales service. Technical questions were answered quickly.

Excellent service. I didn't want AGM batteries. That was no problem. Stijn provided a great offer for a heavy Lithium battery. I am very satisfied with it; I am now fully off-grid with a household of 4 people. They really think along with you. Highly recommended for everyone!

I asked a few questions via email beforehand and received clear answers. Then I ordered the panels effortlessly through the website. The panels were delivered neatly on the agreed date. The manual was sufficient to install the panels, but it could be a bit clearer/more detailed in some areas. Additionally, I find a few errors on the website to be a minor downside. Therefore, I give it 4.5 stars (rounded to 5 stars).
