Fast delivery, everything complete.

Delivery was the next working day, but I couldn't choose a specific time. After unpacking the package, I found that the cable from the inverter to the mains was not the correct one. I called and emailed, and received a suitable replacement the next day. Everything was connected, but there was a blinking red light. It could be due to either insufficient light or a poor connection to the mains. I couldn't find any information about the light issue, but I was informed by Mr. Stijn over the phone. Later, it turned out that the cable connector was defective. I installed a different connector myself, and everything is now working properly. Unfortunately, there were two issues, but overall I was helped well; I would have preferred everything to be in order from the start.

Delivery as agreed. During the preliminary process, I asked several questions that were answered almost immediately each time. And those answers were adequate!

Before I placed my order, I requested some information over the phone from Simply-Solar. I was helped kindly. I received my order quickly.
